Return/ Cancellation Policy

Returns, Refunds, and Replacement 

We have a customer friendly return policy and accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery for any reason.

To Return a product you need to follow these steps:

Step 1: Initiate a Return by dropping a mail to us at within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.

Step 2: Once we receive your request, a case ticket shall be generated and our executive shall review your case and shall provide you with an amicable solution. You shall have three options for your Refund

  1. Refund to your Bank by Payment Gateway
  2. Replacement
  3. Gift Card which can be used, for any future purchase at


Step 3: You shall then be provided with a Return shipping address to return the items back to us. Please put the product in its original packaging and seal it well. Make sure you bubble wrap it so that product doesn't get damaged during the return transit. Ship the product to the mailing address mentioned and send us an email to with the courier tracking details. Without tracking number, the product can't be tracked and can be lost in transit. The return shipping cost is to be borne by the customer

Once the product has reached our warehouse your refund shall be authorized. It generally takes 4-7 days for the refund process to complete.

Note- The product must be shipped within 7 days from the date of approval of return request.

While we shall try to accommodate all your return requests, we may not be able to accept return or replacement request in the below-mentioned cases.

  1. Any product not in its original condition
  2. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery
  3. Any product without a valid and readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, tampered, or otherwise unreadable serial number
  4. If the customer denies accepting the shipment, after the order has been shipped or is about to be delivered, then Sukkhi is not responsible for any kind of refund or replacement.

Missing Items in the Order

In case of missing products, a customer can opt for a refund which includes proportional shipping with product amount or He/She can opt for a gift card of product amount with the addition of full shipping charges as in the original order.


    Order Cancellations

    Can I cancel my order in case I change my mind after ordering?

    The customer can only cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order. No cancellations will be processed after 24 hours. Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 4 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund as per refund policy. You will be notified for the same.

    Why a "24 Hour" deadline?

    As soon as your order is confirmed, the action is initiated at our end. The process of picking, packaging, customizing and logistics start, and the ordered product in most cases has already passed through a couple of phases.

    Cancellation before the product has shipped?

    If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

    Cancellation after the product has shipped?

    If your product has shipped we may not be able to accept your cancellation request, please contact Customer Service and they shall be able to work out a solution for you.

    Who will bear the customs duty/fees/charges?

    The liability of any customs duty if applied any is solely the buyer's responsibility. Sukkhi will not reimburse or entertain any cancellation requests in such matters.
